Procedure

Mix Phase A while stirring at 70-75°C until uniform. Mix Phase B while stirring at 70-75°C until uniform. Add Phase B into Phase A at 70-75°C while stirring until uniform. At 45°C, add Phase C while stirring until uniform. Add Phase D while stirring until uniform. Add Phase E while stirring until uniform.

Properties

Appearance—white cream; Viscosity—8,000-12,000 cPs; Brookfield RVT, spindle #5, 20 rpm. pH (25°C)—5 – 5.3.
